A: Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping begins.


Q: Are your products pre-made or stocked?

A: No. All items are made-to-order and created specifically for you after purchase. This reduces waste and ensures every design is unique.

A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins immediately. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.


Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

A: Contact us immediately at support@inkrevivestudio.com. If the order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update your address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information.


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

A: We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the issue.
